How do I pay for my Quote Feed Package?
As soon as your TradeFreedom account has been funded, we will order your quote feed license. If you have choosen a data feed in addition to the Free Level 1 3/4 quotes we provide all clients, we will bill you immediately for your first months service by debiting your trading account. Thereafter, each monthly payment for your quote feed package will be debited from your trading account at the beginning of each month.
How long does it take to get my quote feed activated?
Your initial quote feed is activated when your account is set live. Additional requested quote feeds are activated immediately
How do I change my Quote Feed Package?
You may change your quote feed package at any time by calling a TradeFreedom Representative.
When do I see my Data quote feed fee rebate for trades I did for "April"?
If you are an Elite client, your eligible quote feeds will be free for each
month if you have executed 30 trades (for Gold) or 150 trades (for Platinum)
in the trailing 3 month period. For example, if you executed 30+ trades in
the time period of January to March, your eligible quote feeds will be free
for the month of April and your April statement will show the current
month's quote feed charge plus a corresponding rebate(s).
I do not live in Quebec, do I have to pay QST for my quote feed package?
No. You only pay the quote feed package fee plus GST.
Why do I have to fill out all of these Exchange Agreements?
All clients who have a quote feed package must fill out the required Exchange Agreements for regulatory purposes. This is a requirement demanded by the Exchanges themselves.
I want to cancel my quote feed package, why am I being charged for next month?
As indicated in our Account Opening Documents, TradeFreedom requires a 30-day notice to cancel your quote feed package.
